Job Overview

The World Equestrian Center Wilmington is currently in search of a Part-time A Sudden Impulse Sales Associate. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

The role of a Sudden Impulse Sales Associate encompasses various responsibilities aimed at maintaining a welcoming and organized retail environment. This includes assisting customers, managing inventory, and collaborating closely with the store supervisor. Associates will also engage with customers to process custom embroidery requests and support inventory management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Ensure the store is consistently organized and clean.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor to foster a positive team atmosphere.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Manage customer orders and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels within the store.
