Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated sales professional to enhance our front desk operations.

The ideal candidate will be a responsible and motivated individual with outstanding communication abilities, a positive demeanor, and a friendly disposition. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service is essential, as our mission is to provide our esteemed clients with an unparalleled experience. Our Sales Associates play a vital role in ensuring that every client’s visit to our establishment is remarkable.

Compensation Structure:
We offer a competitive compensation package that acknowledges your contributions and drives your success.

Enjoy a base hourly wage that reflects your experience and skills, along with an uncapped commission structure on membership sales, offering significant earning potential based on your performance.

Our top achievers typically earn an additional $2 - $4 per hour in commission on top of their base rate.


Key Responsibilities:
Consistently meet all performance-related objectives established by management.

These objectives include, but are not limited to:
Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales.


Deliver an exceptional customer experience by answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, welcoming clients, and managing membership sales.

Enthusiastically promote our products and services.

Collaborate with the Service Provider team to optimize the appointment schedule.


The Sales Associate role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts, with a preference for candidates who can accommodate varied availability.

We offer both FULL TIME and PART TIME opportunities.
