We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who are passionate about their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the ministerial and liturgical teams.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for team members and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and phone calls.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow up on tasks as needed.
  • Provide front desk coverage and support as needed.
  • Manage sacrament coordination and records, including preparing certificates and maintaining records.
  • Manage marriage and coordination schedules, collect fees, and coordinate with couples and vendors.
  • Support clergy with marriage and annulment counseling appointments and collaborate on diocesan tribunal cases.
  • Coordinate paperwork, scheduling, and payments for Quinceañeras and Presentación de Tres Años.
  • Provide occasional Spanish language support and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 5 years of professional administrative experience required.

Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 per year.
