- Engaging in compassionate and clear communication regarding all company policies and procedures to encourage adherence to their treatment plans.
- Managing daily scheduling and conducting reminder calls/texts.
- Educating clients about financial responsibilities and collecting payments as necessary.
- Informing clients about their schedules and the importance of punctuality in meeting their treatment goals, including confirming appointments and managing rescheduling and cancellations.
- Collaborating with therapy staff on same-day or last-minute scheduling adjustments.
- Ensuring an organized schedule with minimal double bookings and proper documentation of evaluations and progress notes.
Client Management:
- Establish and maintain comprehensive client records, including demographic details and necessary documentation, following established protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, characterized by professional greetings and assistance with their needs, while representing the company positively.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients in the waiting area.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, ensuring a clear electronic/paper trail for all tasks and communications.
- Track personal productivity statistics and submit them promptly.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
- Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a safe environment for clients and staff by following cleaning protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and current vaccinations as required.
Essential Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency, capable of translating medical terminology for both providers and clients.
- Positive attitude and confidence.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven record of attendance and punctuality.
