Job Overview

At Towne Properties, we are seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee daily operations and create a positive living experience for residents in our multifamily residential communities.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a property manager in the multifamily industry, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leasing activities, including showing units and preparing lease agreements.
  • Build relationships with residents, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and administrative teams to maintain property standards.
  • Monitor budgets, financials, and occupancy to maximize property success.
  • Organize community events to enhance resident engagement.
