Key Responsibilities- Process and verify member enrollment applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, Customer Services, Sales, Claims, Product, and Finance, to resolve complex enrollment issues.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Trigger letters to members, ensuring timely communication and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the enrollment process, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols.
- Navigate various systems, including QNXT, EAM, and MERP, to resolve member issues and ensure accurate data entry.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals, ensuring timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
- Participate in team meetings, facilitating discussions and contributing to the development of process improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of related health plan experience preferred.
- Enrollment experience with a Medicare Advantage product highly preferred.
- Excel/reporting background and strong data entry skills required.
- College degree preferred.
