Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our users' needs, operational landscape, and competitors.
- Build and execute on the Chime Enterprise product roadmap.
- Integrate the Chime Enterprise platform with various systems across the HR and Payroll landscape.
- Serve as a cross-functional product leader between Chime Financial and Chime Enterprise.
- Design and build interfaces and tools for Implementation Managers, Customer Success, and Support.
- Have a strong analytical background and understanding of the impact of your work on company metrics.
- Work collaboratively with user research, engineering, design, operations, compliance, marketing, and other teams to build features collaboratively.
- Strong empathy for users and ability to discover and resolve their pain points.
- Experience with using analytics and data to make difficult decisions.
- Ability to collaborate across different stakeholders across different parts of the organization.
- Experience as a product manager building systems, including developing and managing APIs.
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager.
- HR/Payroll Tech experience is a plus.
