Virtual Sales Account Manager

Fortive Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Fluke's sales process by directly engaging customers, responding to leads, and collaborating with our distribution and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and provide solutions to their challenges.
- Prospect, source, and prioritize new sales opportunities to achieve sales goals and maximize customer-facing time.
- Document all customer and channel partner interactions in our CRM system.
- Adapt individual communication approaches to provide solutions to customer challenges and close sales opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with comfort spending 50% or more of the day working with customers over the phone.
- Excellent listening and communication skills to capture and address customer needs.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Electrical or Electronic sales, or technical related experience.
- Experience using customer relationship management tools (CRM), i.e., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SalesForce.

This position is eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package. The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is $57,000 - $125,525. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
