- Manage multiple campaign budgets effectively.
- Utilize automated bidding strategies to optimize performance based on specific campaign objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and strive to become an expert in the field.
Collaborate with a Team of Strategists
- Contribute to the strategic direction of assigned accounts.
- Work in conjunction with a team of digital marketers, including media buyers, SEO specialists, content creators, account managers, and UX designers to align campaign strategies.
- Assist in data collection and ensure accurate reporting to meet client-specific requirements.
- Participate in the ongoing development of paid media team members through regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications We Seek
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in executing Paid Social campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in the Meta Ads platform and other social advertising networks.
- Experience in data analysis and summarization.
- Proven ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for independent work.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with pixel implementation.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- A commitment to ethical practices.
Additional Qualifications That Stand Out
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business is preferred.
- Experience across multiple channels—Search, Social, Programmatic, Retail, etc.
- Background in creative roles such as copywriting, content creation, design, or influencer marketing.
- A willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with team members.
- Enjoyment of a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
