We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations across multiple manufactured home parks. The ideal candidate will manage and lead on-site maintenance teams, ensure timely and efficient completion of work orders, and uphold property standards to provide a safe, clean, and attractive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support on-site maintenance teams across multiple Manufactured home parks within the region.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained, addressing any issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee the completion of work orders, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turnovers.
- Collaborate with property managers to assess maintenance needs and prioritize work.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and functionality of the properties.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and mentoring of maintenance staff.
- Manage budgets, including tracking expenses and optimizing resource use for maintenance operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for specialized services and ensure quality work.
- Respond to emergency situations, providing guidance and support to local teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in property maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience manufactured housing, or similar multi-property environments preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.). Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple locations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to addressing maintenance challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Ability to utilize technology to manage projects and create efficiency.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license is required.
