Job Summary:

Cantex is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care services, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with accepted standards and prescribed by attending physicians.
  • Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes, documenting all relevant information in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders.
  • Evaluate and implement patient care plans, ensuring that all care is delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Direct, monitor, and coordinate the delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with Cantex's standards and policies.
  • Ensure that Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
