Responsibilities:- Evaluate resident care needs and communicate effectively with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
- Update medical charts and maintain accurate records of resident care.
- Manage medication and monitor team members in medication administration, including regular audits of medication records.
- Order medications from the pharmacy and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure medications are properly stored and cared for.
- Observe residents' health status and take appropriate actions to address concerns within the scope of practice.
- Notify the Executive Director, Director of Wellness, physician, family, and pharmacist of significant changes to residents' condition and reactions to medication, treatments, and significant incidents.
- Maintain all health equipment for safe and proper function.
- RN with an unencumbered license to practice in the state of application.
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a great attitude.
