Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. Your dedication and commitment will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop meaningful relationships with participants and support their goals and aspirations
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and medication management
  • Support participants with developmental goals, such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition
  • Provide emotional support and stability to participants with complex needs
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless support and services
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (in some positions)
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors
