Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism and related conditions.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence, socialization, and community involvement.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (in some positions).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
