Job Title: AWS GenAI Solutions Architect

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a GenAI Solutions Architect and play a key role in shaping the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS using generative AI (GenAI). As a technologist with deep domain-specific expertise, you will address advanced concepts and feature designs, working closely with customers to understand their business challenges and help them implement scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures.

About the Role

As a GenAI Solutions Architect, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for helping customers design solutions that leverage our Generative AI services. You will interact with customers directly to understand their business problems, provide guidance on implementation, and deliver briefing and deep dive sessions to customers. You will also work closely with other Solution Architects from various geographies to enable large-scale customer use cases and drive the adoption of Amazon Web Services for GenAI services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the voice of the customer and bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
  • Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain-aligned GTM teams to unblock customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
  • Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
  • Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best-in-class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
  • Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide.

Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
  • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
  • Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
