L.A. Stevens & Associates, Inc. is a prominent professional land surveying firm situated in Marin County, California, with over three decades of experience serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We are currently in search of a Licensed Land Surveyor (LSIT or PLS or Survey Party Chief) who is eager to take on the role of Project Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and perform both field and office tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Land Surveyor overseeing the projects.
- Engage in a variety of surveying work, including but not limited to: simple and complex boundary surveys, land title surveys (ALTA), topographic mapping, least squares adjustments, monitoring, forensic surveys, GPS work, Elevation Certificates, map preparation, legal descriptions, and construction staking.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift weights exceeding 40 pounds and work in environments with poison oak.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record as verified by the Department of Motor Vehicles.

- AutoCAD Civil 3D
- MS Office Suite
- Effective Written and Verbal Communication
