Job Title: Land Surveyor

L.A. Stevens & Associates, Inc. is a well-established professional Land Surveying firm seeking a California Licensed Land Surveyor (PLS / Survey Party Chief) to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research, field, and office work to deliver high-quality land surveying services.
  • Work closely with the Principle Land Surveyor responsible for the work to ensure project success.
  • Produce accurate and detailed survey reports, maps, and other deliverables.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift loads of 40+ pounds and work in and around poison oak.
  • Will be operating one of our company vehicles and must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office Suite, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Overtime may be required based on project needs.
