Job Title: Land Surveyor

L.A. Stevens & Associates, Inc. is a well-established professional Land Surveying firm seeking a California Licensed Land Surveyor (PLS / Survey Party Chief) to join our team as a Project Surveyor.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research, field, and office work to deliver high-quality land surveying services.
  • Collaborate with the Principle Land Surveyor to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work closely with colleagues to produce accurate and reliable survey data.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive land surveying solutions for public, private, and commercial clients.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift loads of 40+ pounds and work in and around challenging environments.
  • Will be operating company vehicles and must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to document and find old wood hub boundary corners and other boundary evidence for litigation.
  • Overtime may be required based on project needs.
