The Director of Inpatient Behavioral Health Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to patients within our inpatient setting. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement effective strategies to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital guidelines.
• Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical and service-line leadership to evaluate the quality and appropriateness of services being provided in the department.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent patient care.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
• Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders and agencies to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a related field (MHA or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in inpatient behavioral health, with a strong background in leadership and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and develop effective strategies to address areas for improvement.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and hospital guidelines.
