We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of associates to achieve store goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Sales and Customer Service**: Drive sales by creating a sales-generating environment through the implementation of all corporate sales directives. Foster a service-oriented environment tailored to the unique needs of our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service.

• **Merchandise and Visual Presentation**: Ensure merchandise standards and product presentations are second to none, creating an engaging and visually appealing store environment.

• **Leadership and Development**: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and empowerment to your team, setting clear expectations and leading by example. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and achieve business objectives.

• **Communication and Collaboration**: Set the vision and direction for the store, sharing information to align your team and ensure they feel part of a larger organization. Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

• 2-3 years of progressively responsible retail experience, with at least 1 year of supervision experience.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and mentor associates.

• Ability to make decisions, communicate effectively, analyze financial information, problem-solve, and demonstrate organizational and computer skills.

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Ability to relocate for future growth and promotional opportunities is strongly desired.
