Job Summary: We are seeking a Key Carrier to join our HomeGoods store team. As a Key Carrier, you will alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, taking on leadership responsibilities to maintain store operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles to maintain store operations and provide customer service.
• Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan.
• Address customer service issues and provide coaching to Associates.
• Communicate effectively with management and Associates to set and address priorities.

Requirements:

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to coach and delegate tasks.

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $14.00 - $14.50.
