Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Device Registration Specialist to join our team at Brook, a digital health company revolutionizing the way healthcare is delivered. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in empowering patients to take control of their health by enrolling, activating, and setting up their remote medical devices for Remote Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Clinic Success Managers to create a weekly appointment schedule with our clinic partners and assist in enrolling and activating patients.
  • Schedule appointments to meet with patients at their provider's office or in their home.
  • Attend meetings as necessary with clinics.
  • Assist patients in setting up their devices, including glucose meters, scales, blood pressure cuffs, pulse oximeters, and Fitbits.
  • Ensure successful transmission of first readings and document activation outcomes.
Requirements
  • Medical Assistant certification required.
  • 2 years of experience in primary care or family practice, preferred.
  • Valid MA state driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • High level of comfort with technology and ability to simplify complex concepts for patients.
