Technical Support Specialist

At K2 Staffing, LLC we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. This role involves resolving escalated service requests, managing multiple clients and projects, and working as a mentor and trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Technical Support: Resolve computer hardware and software problems, simulate or recreate user problems, and provide remote assistance to end-users.
- Project Management: Manage multiple clients and projects, setup of desktop and laptop computers, and perform upgrades to hardware & software.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Microsoft CSP, AZURE, O365 certifications required.
- Able to travel up to 30% of the time and work flexible days/hours, including some on-call duty.
- Experience with networking equipment from HP, Cisco, SonicWALL, and Ruckus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Server 2008+ deployment, migration, and management.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
