Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Strategy and Platform team at Target. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and setting key business objectives (OKRs) for our server-driven UI product.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver a product that meets the needs of our guests. You will be the voice of the product, ensuring that the needs of key stakeholders are met, and that the product team is getting the direction and support it needs to be successful.
About You- 4+ years of product management experience and equivalent technical domain experience, preferably in Enterprise APIs or server-side orchestration
- Experience working in an agile environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to balance technical acumen with leading cross-functional partners and collaboration
- Strong understanding of technology and engineering principles, with the ability to facilitate communication between technology teams
