Senior Product Manager

This is a Senior PMT role for Relay Fleet Tech team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive hardware and software product requirements, technical design, and customer engagement, and adoption of features in Relay Fleet Tech.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineering, partner tech teams, external tech vendors, operations, finance, and marketing teams to launch new hardware and software products and features.
- Bring a customer-obsessed approach, ability to deep dive, and the ability to work within a fast-moving environment in a large company to rapidly deliver products that have a broad business impact.
About Relay Fleet Tech:
Relay Fleet Tech owns hardware and software products for asset tracking, management, maintenance, and visibility for Middle Mile. Our primary customers are carriers, fleet operations, planning, and fraud prevention and mitigation teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience delivering hardware products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle from concept through GTM (go to market)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools

Compensation:
The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
