About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our Consumer and Small Business Banking Payments team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in complex initiatives and deliverables, utilizing data-driven analytical techniques to make actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop business segmentation, customer profiling, benchmarking, forecasting, and create strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Support the business to understand revenue, pricing, complaints, and customer feedback using insightful analytics.
  • Enable actionable insights for senior leaders through delivery of timely, executive-level communications.
  • Communicate actionable insights and recommendations using data in a digestible format to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all product-related initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Consumer and Small Business Deposit Payment Products experience (e.g. Wires, Bank to Bank Transfer, Bill Pay, Zelle).
  • Ability to analyze data to identify issues or opportunities with business priorities.
  • Strong analytical experience; ability to use data to inform business cases, road map priorities, decks, etc.
  • Develop reporting and insights to help business decisions in various parts of the business which includes Root-cause analysis of complaints, reporting on SLAs, KRIs, trends.
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills across Wells Fargo - with proven ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, developing partnerships with many business and functional areas.
  • Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven, and performance-oriented, capable of handling multiple moderate to high projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills, and communication skills.
  • Strong experience developing Power Point materials and ability to present to Senior Leaders in a concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important. Also, ability to work effectively in a virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • RCSA and Process mapping experience.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Pay Range:

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111, $237,100.00
