Job Title: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team at SmartThings. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and driving initiatives that evolve major areas of our product and key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver world-class products that meet customer expectations.
  • Lead market analyses, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform product direction.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to internal teams, external developers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage product backlog and execute product go-to-market plans.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of product management, engineering, or product design experience.
  • Strong intuition for product interaction design and user experience.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with technical and non-technical team members, as well as external partners.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience building and scaling a successful startup; an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • International business and organizational experience.
