Position Overview

Volitiion IIT Inc. is in search of a meticulous and well-organized Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in financial oversight and inventory management, along with a comprehensive grasp of GAAP accounting standards and expertise in Netsuite. Experience in manufacturing and cost accounting is essential. This role will report directly to the CEO.

This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial functions, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, and daily record maintenance.
  • Generate monthly financial reports, annual budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct gross margin and expense evaluations.
  • Collaborate with external firms to facilitate financial and tax audits.
  • Partner with the manufacturing team to manage procurement and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Netsuite, particularly in inventory management.
  • Experience in manufacturing and cost accounting is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and effective time management.
