Role Responsibilities

The Support team is dedicated to delivering unparalleled service, ensuring our clients are well-informed and empowered advocates for the FreeWheel brand. Team members are responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through thorough issue analysis and effective solution delivery.
  • Communicating product solutions and market insights to users with varying levels of expertise.
  • Developing use cases based on customer needs to inform engineering enhancements.
  • Contributing to product documentation and offering training to peers and supported teams.

Expectations

The ideal candidate will:

  • Become a Client Environment Expert for leading enterprise clients within 90 days.
  • Achieve Subject Matter Expert status in assigned client technologies within 6 months.
  • Demonstrate effective time management amidst competing priorities.
  • Proactively seek and deliver accurate solutions for clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize strong communication and project management skills to ensure reliable service delivery.
  • Participate in a flexible, compensated on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues using logical methodologies.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
  • Experience with data analysis, including basic SQL and Excel skills.
  • A willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills for high-pressure situations.
  • A track record of improving business processes and developing solutions.
  • A desire to mentor and support the growth of others.
