- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to provide expert advice and guidance on equipment maintenance and operation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in loss control and risk management.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma and technical working knowledge of commercial equipment.
- Experience operating, maintaining, or inspecting boilers, pressure vessels, and machinery.
- Basic algebra skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Ability to obtain the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors commission.

- Ability to crawl through 11" X 15" openings into confined spaces.

- Ability to perform bending, stretching, and twisting motions.
- Ability to withstand temperature variations.
- Ability to walk 3-5 miles.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift own body weight while hanging or entering a confined space with associated safety equipment.
- Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Visual acuity of 20/20 (natural or corrected) and identify colors.
- Ability to hear (corrected) the sounds of equipment operation.
