Recovery Nurse Opportunity at Swedish First Hill

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Nurse to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Recovery Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth transition for patients from the recovery room to their next level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting autonomy and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least one year of experience in recovery nursing.
