Job Summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic Labor and Delivery setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care to women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth.
  • Coach women throughout the birthing process, monitoring vital signs and administering medication as needed.
  • Manage potential complications that may arise during labor and delivery, including assisting with caesarian sections.
  • Provide education and guidance to new mothers on recovery and infant care.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery.
  • Active RN license.
