Key Responsibilities:- Assess and identify patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant data to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of experience in a recovery or critical care setting.
