  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • One year of experience in a recovery or critical care setting.
