About the Position

The role of the Educator at Project LeanNation is a pivotal part in driving our success as an organization.

This position involves engaging and connecting with clients, meeting their unique needs, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.

Responsibilities include greeting patrons, developing knowledge about PLN's mission, values, meals, and meal plans, products, and operations.

Key tasks involve:

  • Greeting visitors with great energy and enthusiasm, while demonstrating extensive knowledge of our business.
  • Engaging prospective clients to explain who we are, what we do, and how we can help them achieve their goals.
  • Participating in all aspects of communication with and care of prospective members, including guiding them through the 'Lean Consultation' process.
  • Assisting members with selecting meal plans, guiding them through follow-up InBody scans and consultations, and supporting them in reaching their objectives.
  • Working the retail floor, which includes operating the shake bar, executing sales, inventory management, and cleaning tasks.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
