Cortica is seeking an experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program Director to lead its growing team.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of management experience leading teams in clinical settings, possessing a strong acumen for ABA operations and overall program management. They should hold a current and unrestricted certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), be Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Certified, and possess a Safety Care Certification (sections 1-5 and sections 6-7 as needed per payer requirements).

The ABA Program Director will oversee the ABA program's growth, ensuring a steady increase in key performance indicators while meeting budget targets and patient referral goals. This includes providing direct supervision, coaching, and professional development opportunities for ABA Associate Site Managers, Supervisors, and Assistant Supervisors. The incumbent will also engage in billable activities, such as ABA assessments, ADOS, and supervision, to support program growth.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for quality assurance, overseeing the site's ABA program through supervision, report reviewing, and other means as needed. They will provide oversight and guidance for clinical programs, including early intervention, social skills groups, and summer camps, while liaising with the clinical operations team to ensure program success.

The ABA Program Director will demonstrate a robust understanding of ABA operations, manage the overall ABA program to ensure its success, and interview and select ABA candidates for the program. They will also manage expectations, optimize capacity utilization, and ensure a great onboarding experience for new ABA team members.

Our compensation package includes a base pay range of $95,000 to $115,000, depending on skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location. This position requires daily on-site presence at assigned Cortica sites during working hours to support the clinic as a member of the on-site leadership team in all aspects of emergency procedures and safety initiatives.
