Regional Wellness Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Wellness Manager to join our team at Flik Independent School Dining. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Dietitian to take their career to the next level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing nutrition programs, supporting quality assurance in areas of nutrition labeling, food allergies, and special diets, as well as coordinating and measuring nutrition and wellness initiatives.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for nutrition and wellness, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement nutrition programs and services that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
- Support quality assurance in areas of nutrition labeling, food allergies, and special diets.
- Coordinate and measure nutrition and wellness initiatives to ensure compliance with FDA nutrition labeling laws.
- Work closely with account leaders, district managers, chefs, and marketing managers to promote and support nutrition goals, objectives, strategies, and policies.
Requirements:
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required.
- Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional RD experience required.
- Contract food service and/or schools or campus work experience highly preferred.
- Food Service experience preferred.
- Serve-Safe certification preferred. If not certified, must obtain certification within twelve (12) weeks from date of hire.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
