The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and monitoring of academic programs, ensuring a quality education for students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic administration, curriculum development, and business planning. Experience in a career college environment, particularly in academic administration or teaching/management, is highly valued.

This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, training & development, vision insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and monitoring of academic programs
  • Collaborate with campus level program coordinators and faculty to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery
  • Manage curriculum development, including creating and maintaining core curriculum
  • Communicate and monitor delivery of core curriculum
  • Deliver course lectures, facilitate student engagement, and work one-on-one with students
  • Assess students and provide developmental feedback
