The Culinary Specialist will be integral in ensuring our culinary offerings contribute to our goals of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize cooking stations with all essential supplies
  • Prepare ingredients for service (e.g., slicing vegetables, preparing meats, or crafting sauces)
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to cook menu items
  • Follow and report to the Executive or Sous Chef's directives
  • Maintain cleanliness of the station and manage leftover food
  • Manage inventory levels effectively
  • Ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
  • Adhere to nutrition and sanitation standards as well as safety protocols
  • Foster a positive and professional relationship with team members and patrons

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated cooking experience, including roles as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Ability to execute tasks with precision and efficiency
  • Familiarity with industry best practices
  • Culinary school certification preferred
