Position Overview:
As a Server in our Azul Restaurant, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests and serve beverages in accordance with HEI Hotels and Resorts service standards.
  • Adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Prepare your station for service before opening and ensure it is ready for closing at the end of your shift.
  • Follow all cash handling and banking procedures as specified by HEI Hotels and Resorts.
  • Complete all assigned side work tasks as per the schedule.
  • Maintain regular attendance and be available for shifts as scheduled.
  • Perform any additional job-related duties as assigned.
  • This position requires evening availability from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Proficiency in using point of service computer systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of state liquor laws.
  • Capability to carry large trays weighing up to 30 lbs. through crowded areas consistently throughout your shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to various audiences.
