  • Food Service: Serve clean, organic, and sustainable cuisine to guests, adhering to Canyon Ranch's high standards.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests in a polite and positive manner, take food and beverage orders, and serve orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Answer questions about the menu, understand and study Canyon Ranch's nutritional philosophy and menu ingredients.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food environment, preferably in a healthy dining setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly, and a mature, outgoing attitude.
  • Availability: Availability to work weekends and holidays, as well as flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the resort.
Benefits
  • Competitive Pay: $17.00 per hour for breakfast/lunch shifts and $19.00 per hour for evening shifts, with incentive potential.
