The Customer Engagement Specialist role is a vital customer service position within our organization.

This role encompasses various responsibilities, including introducing banking products and services to clients, participating in sales initiatives, processing debit and credit transactions, and addressing customer relationship concerns.

Additionally, this individual will be responsible for managing cash orders and shipments for the banking center, as well as maintaining CTR records.

The Customer Engagement Specialist also has the added responsibility of overseeing the banking center vault, which includes balancing the vault, distributing cash to designated team members, and ordering/shipping currency as necessary.

This position may also involve the responsibility of opening new accounts.

As this role is situated in a bilingual environment, proficiency in Spanish is preferred.


Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required

2-3 years of experience in cash handling

Exceptional customer service skills

Proven record of accuracy in balancing

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift heavy boxes of coins
