We are currently seeking a proactive and highly-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to become a vital part of our finance team.

This pivotal role significantly contributes to the financial stability and success of the organization.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in collections and will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, customer relations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise all components of accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Maintain precise and current customer information, ensuring all billing and payment details are accurately recorded and managed.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on accounts receivable status, bringing any issues or concerns to management's attention.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Establish and uphold internal controls to guarantee adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance accounts receivable processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide financial, clerical, and administrative support to ensure prompt and precise payment of accounts.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a strong emphasis on collections.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve issues affecting accounts receivable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with accounting software and databases.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when managing sensitive financial data.
