Key Responsibilities:

As a Contact Center Representative at Mass Markets, you will handle inbound and outbound contacts in a professional manner. Your goal is to ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling. You will research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues when needed. Additionally, you will document and process customer claims in appropriate systems and lead fact-finding discussions to determine the best options for the customer.
