Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Occupational Health Program, including answering phone calls, responding to messages, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with insurance verifications, participant registration, and billing and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure all clinic materials are prepared and ready for use.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including claimant folders and documents.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on hospital policies and procedures.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including HIPAA standards.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Current driver's license.
- General office duties, some clinical and customer service experience preferred.
