About the Job

  • You'll work independently to resolve moderately complex administrative problems, requiring research and critical thinking.
  • Your tasks will be diverse and advanced, including preparing complex documentation, coordinating special projects, and developing presentation materials.
  • You'll prioritize and resolve inquiries from various sources, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • As a liaison between departments and external groups, you'll explain policies and procedures based on your knowledge of company guidelines.
  • You'll collect, compile, and analyze data to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • A high school education or equivalent is required; two years of administrative experience is preferred.
  • You should have thorough knowledge of department policies, procedures, and goals.
  • Creatively using PC, word processing, and other office tools is essential.
