El Especialista es responsable de la limpieza y el mantenimiento de pisos de alfombra y superficies duras, lo que incluye despojar, fregar, pulir, encerar, reacondicionar, sellar y limpiar manchas. También es responsable de utilizar medidas de seguridad en las áreas de trabajo. Las tareas incluyen asistir al Líder de Edificio/Cuenta con proyectos especiales, incluyendo pero no limitado a, configuraciones, desmantelamientos y mudanzas. Se espera que esté dispuesto a completar otras tareas según se le asigne.

Responsabilidades
  • Limpia los pisos del edificio mediante barrido, trapeado, fregado o aspirado. Sigue los procedimientos para el uso de limpiadores químicos y equipos eléctricos para evitar daños a los pisos y accesorios.
  • Utiliza escaleras para limpiar y lavar muebles, paredes, máquinas y equipos; limpia techos y pule accesorios de luz.
  • Mezcla agua y detergentes o ácidos en recipientes para preparar soluciones de limpieza según especificaciones.
  • Despoja, sella, termina y pule pisos.
  • Limpia y aspira áreas alfombradas, incluyendo la aplicación de tratamientos para manchas.
  • Limpia y mantiene edificios/instalaciones. Realiza tareas de limpieza pesada, como limpiar pisos y lavar alfombras.
  • Notifica a los gerentes sobre la necesidad de reparaciones menores o mayores o adiciones a los sistemas operativos del edificio.
  • Establece y mantiene una comunicación efectiva y relaciones laborales con clientes, compañeros de trabajo, coordinadores de turno, supervisores y gerentes.
  • Cumple con todas las normas y procedimientos de seguridad, seguridad, cumplimiento y calidad establecidos por la empresa, los clientes y las autoridades regulatorias.
  • El limpiador debe ser flexible y estar dispuesto a completar todas las tareas que se le asignen.
Calificaciones
  • Debe tener 18 años o más.
Calificaciones Preferidas:
  • Experiencia en Servicio al Cliente.
  • 1 año de experiencia laboral similar.
