Position Overview:
The Customer Success Manager at Magic Inc. will be responsible for nurturing client relationships with a team of dedicated assistants. This role focuses on understanding client needs, addressing challenges, and fostering trust and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage relationships with multiple clients to ensure their needs are met.
2. Assess the performance and capacity of current assistants.
3. Identify opportunities to enhance client experience with our dedicated product offerings.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in account or relationship management.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and client retention.
- Experience with B2B clients, ideally in the U.S. market.
- Proficient in CRM tools, such as HubSpot.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Work Schedule:
Flexible hours between 10 PM to 10 AM Philippine time, 5 days a week.

Compensation:
Salary range of Php 70,000 - 100,000 per month, with full-time benefits including PTO and HMO coverage upon regularization.
