Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining a diversified sales account portfolio for Interior Logic Group, a leading national installer of high-value interior finishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and be able to effectively communicate with customers, builders, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, design studios, and national accounts to meet or exceed gross margin goals.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow existing account relationships to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of interior finishes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Administrative: Maintain accurate records and reports, including bid details, forecasts, and pipeline information.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with three to five years related experience and/or training.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
