Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the School's financial stability and growth.
  • Human Resources and Performance Management: Supervise and manage the School's human resources staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Operations and Facilities Management: Oversee the management of campus space, facilities, and equipment, ensuring effective and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, public administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 7 years of experience in planning, budgeting, and financial management at an academic institution or complex, large-scale organization.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and management skills, proficiency in financial management software, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with the public and nonprofit sectors and the field of public administration.
  • Advanced experience with Workday Financial and Human Capital Management products.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel creating and modifying complex workbooks and Pivot Tables.
