About the Role

PrideStaff is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our International Sales Department, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • International Sales Support: Assist in handling international inquiries and orders, and provide excellent customer service to our global clients.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage the preparation and documentation of export shipments, including commercial invoices, statements, and packing lists.
  • Order Processing: Process orders from receipt to delivery, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain communication with international distributors, vendors, and agents overseas, and review and approve vendor invoices.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer requests, including complaints, returns, pricing, shipment tracking, and logistics issues.
  • Trade Show Participation: Participate in domestic or international trade shows to promote our products and services.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is required, with additional languages a plus.
  • Education: A college degree is preferred, and firefighting experience is a plus.
Requirements
  • Experience: Sales experience is a must, with a strong background in international sales and logistics.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The hourly salary is negotiable depending on experience, with a range of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
